Our growth

With a growing reputation for having a winning Minnesota injury lawyer in almost every personal injury practice area, our firm has expanded both spatially and technologically. We have acquired office space in downtown Minneapolis and continue to use cutting-edge technology to organize the firm’s infrastructure.

The Minneapolis and St. Cloud offices are seamless using a dedicated point-to-point T1 and a special online networking system known as the Chesapeake Interlink Personal Injury Negligence System (now known as Needles). The Action Lawyers at Gempeler, Butwinick & Donaldson were the first law firm in the State of Minnesota to purchase and implement this system for monitoring personal injury cases. The law firm became a streamlined machine, battling insurance companies and helping Minnesota personal injury victims across the entire state.

Our history

In 1980 the Action Lawyers at Gempeler, Butwinick & Donaldson were established by Geoffrey J. Gempeler. At that time, most law firms handled many different types of cases; the Action Lawyers began the same way, practicing commercial litigation, construction litigation, personal injury, and family law in St. Cloud, Minnesota. In the late 80s, the Action Lawyers realized a greater good could be achieved by focusing solely on injured victims and became one of the first Minnesota law firms to concentrate exclusively on personal injury law.
